the breakfast was very good. the location was great too. the staff was very kind and helpful. the room design had an attractive decor.

i had a problem with the sewer. the bathroom and bedroom smelled bad. i was told about this upon entering the room. i should not have accepted it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful .

There was a sewage smell in the bathroom and bedroom, mentioned upon arrival. I found it difficult to sleep with that odor present. This affected the overall quality of my stay.

really good stay

excellent communication convenient location fresh items

the reception staff provided excellent communication, especially with my late arrival. i found the location to be very convenient for exploring. the breakfast offerings included a nice variety of fresh items each morning. the staff offered recommendations on local sites, which i appreciated. i enjoyed having an elevator available to reach my room.

Street noise was noticeable. it did not significantly disrupt my stay.

the staff was very accommodating. they ensured my room was ready for an early check-in! i stored luggage with ease. the room faced the river. it provided a bright space after sightseeing. breakfast offered a wonderful spread. the location was near my top dinner pick.

There was slight street noise. it didn't severely impact my sleep.

convenient location helpful staff fresh breakfast

i found the location convenient. the front desk staff was very helpful with recommendations. the breakfast each morning included many fresh choices. housekeeping kept my room super clean .

the elevator was a bit slow (though i usually took the stairs).
